I certify that I am at least 18 years of age.
I understand that all products sold to Medical Surplus Buyers must be in their original, unopened, and undamaged packaging. Damaged packaging includes, but is not limited to, boxes that are crushed, bent, torn, stained, or soiled.
Medical Surplus Buyers reserves the right to remove any labels from the packaging. I understand that any damage, such as tears caused by the removal of labels, will result in the product not being accepted.
It is my sole responsibility to package my supplies carefully and securely. Medical Surplus Buyers is not responsible for and will not accept products that are damaged during shipping.
Products with broken or missing seals are considered opened and will not be accepted by Medical Surplus Buyers.
All products sold to Medical Surplus Buyers must have an expiration date of at least six (6) months from the date of shipment. Products expiring in less than six (6) months will not be accepted.
If I send products that are within two months of their expiration date, have been tampered with, opened, damaged, or otherwise compromised, I understand they will be donated on my behalf without compensation.
Medical Surplus Buyers does not purchase supplies obtained through government or insurance programs, including but not limited to Medicare and Medicaid.
I understand that while standard delivery for business checks is three days, delivery times may vary and could take up to two weeks, depending on USPS delivery speeds.
I certify that I am the legal owner of the items being sold to Medical Surplus Buyers or have been authorized by the owner to sell them.
I confirm that I am the rightful owner or have obtained proper permission to sell these supplies. I further affirm that I have not and will not violate any law or regulation in acquiring or selling these supplies to Medical Surplus Buyers. I guarantee that this transaction will not cause Medical Surplus Buyers to violate any anti-money laundering, anti-terrorism, healthcare, or any other applicable law.
I verify that the diabetic products I am selling to Medical Surplus Buyers have not been lost or stolen and are legally owned or possessed by me. If any items sold are found to be lost or stolen, Medical Surplus Buyers is not obligated to accept them or provide compensation, including any shipping costs.
I consent to receive text messages and/or phone calls from Medical Surplus Buyers and its affiliates, which may be sent via an automatic telephone dialing system.
I understand that Medical Surplus Buyers may share my information with marketing partners, affiliates, and third-party websites.
I acknowledge that these terms and conditions may be updated at any time without prior notification. It is my responsibility to review the current terms, available at https://medicalsurplusbuyers.com/terms-and-conditions, each time I sell my diabetic supplies to Medical Surplus Buyers.
I understand that I am prohibited from intentionally acquiring supplies through my insurance for the sole purpose of selling them to Medical Surplus Buyers.
I understand that shipping times can vary, and while most packages are delivered within one week, some may take up to 14 days.
Medical Surplus Buyers, along with its affiliates and partners, shall not be held liable for any damages—including indirect, consequential, special, punitive, incidental, or exemplary damages, whether foreseeable or not—that arise from this agreement.
